ALOHA! Welcome To My Page! My name is Whitney Kanahele. I was born and raised in San Diego, California. I studied and graduated from the Palomar Institute of Cosmetology in California, with an emphasis in Esthetics. I then continued my education by completing and graduating from the Master Aesthetics Program at the Mandalyn Academy in Utah. I specialize in Facials and lashes while also offering other services such as brows, waxing and body treatments. Cancellation Policy
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
If the scheduled booking service is cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking service the client will be refunded the full deposit amount. However, if cancellation does occur within the 24 hours not prior of the scheduled booking, the client will be charged 50% of the booked service. I do give a 5 minute grace window of the booking service. Anything that is over the 5 minute grace window depending on the booked service I (the provider) will decide if the client will need to reschedule her/his scheduled appointment and will be responsible for paying the 50% of the service that was booked.
For first time clients! PLEASE, arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled service to fill out consent forms. This way it does not fall into your time of the scheduled service.
